Ai Winecast - Episode 002

We're going to test the capabilities of having AI in our conversation! Please have patience and flexibility during our experiments as we traverse these unknown territories!

Our AI co-host, Sippy, is a pre-trained model that we built on OpenAI's ChatGPT. Sip Studies has created two models for Sippy, our Beverage Educator and our Pocket Sommelier. We will begin co-hosting with Sippy - Beverage Educator, as this was designed for longer context and more details while we study.

On today's episode we are going to to a crash course wine 101, we're going to explore every facet of wine in a brief overview. I will also be using Sippy to script out our conversation beforehand so that way we have some guidance.
